Despite reading and hearing the phrase social media almost everywhere and from everybody, over 60 percent of Australian business owners are still reluctant to engage and give an honest appraisal of how much social media will work in their favour.
As a business owner you may believe you have "tried" this so called “social media trend". Created an account on facebook (check) signed up for twitter (check) even possibly have linked-in and Google+ accounts but there was just nothing happening.
Maybe even had a brief stint with SEO and link building with several businesses and still it is looking to be more of those poppycock techie stuff that does not amount to anything. So you abandoned all of it.
But just like any aspect of your business, careful planning and evaluation needs to be done in order to get it right. You wouldn’t let your accountant deal with personnel stuff, would you? Not unless he’s had some sort of background on it. So why entrust social media to amateurs?

As the word implies social media has to act on immediacy and trending, to publicly communicate and actively engage.

If you’re a business owner then you need social media. There’s no beating around the bush with that. If you’re a small business owner, you also need social media. The good thing about it is, you don’t need stacks of money to spend for another department or get permanent staff to learn and agonise with “feeling the vibe” to get results.
Entrusting your social media presence to professionals brings about brand awareness, business presence, and consistency and of course, profit.
