wedding guests one day, dazzle your corporate clients another and then turn around and
calmly put on a top-notch BBQ in your own home which is the epitome of casual cookery.
And for something completely new, Sion and Fiona have developed a "Conversation Menu",
simply featuring "food you can pick and nibble at" over an office occasion such as
drinks after work to celebrate someone's birthday or departure. With a minimum
of just ten people required and a very affordable price per person, the
Gourmet Palette experience is available for anyone.
Weddings are a time where a couple can celebrate their love for each other with family
and friends. Gourmet Palette will work closely with you to design and cater for an
event which will be remembered with joy for a lifetime. Sion and Fiona offer the
flexibility of three different ways of getting hitched without a hitch:

Sit-down meals: a range of packages to suit your budget and needs.
- Buffet: your ideas are blended with their design experience to form the perfect wedding buffet.
- Cocktail party: a great idea for people who wish to spend more time mixing,
chatting and dancing the evening away with their guests.
Sion has been a qualified chef for over 18 years, gaining experience in corporate catering
working for Chester Boyd, one of the largest catering companies in the city of London,
catering for politicians & royalty & as many as 3000 guests at a time. He has cheffed in different
countries and has won two restaurant & catering awards. Fiona has worked in the fashion
industry for 15 years working with designers to create high fashion & is a fabric artist. She applies
her design & colour skills to create stylish party events. The fusion of fashion and cuisine
creates a unique culinary experience.
A key part of the Gourmet Palette experience is that they are more than keen to
consult with you to create tailor-made menus which will suit your tastes and preferences.
