They call the neighbourhood Double Pay, which makes the Spice Market even more special. Frank Djuoin started this slice of heaven four years ago, and with the lively flavours of chef Weerasak Srikamon-Suntorn, this is arguably the best little Thai cafe in Sydney. The Fish Choo Chee is truly metaphysical, rich and juicy in a lighter red curry sauce with sweet basil and fresh beans; the Young Ginger Stir Fry with Beef is a tangy highlight; while their bang-on-perfect Green Chicken Curry is a staple. The food is so fresh, nutritional and life-celebrating, it's impossible to stay away. And the prices are so normal, it's outrageous!
