A
brand new cafe in the post-Olympic doldrums - sometimes you've just gotta
do it! Toby Smith and his sister Jo started Toby's Estate Coffee a few
years back, and now that they're supplying around 50 cafes from the Southern
Highlands up to the Hunter Valley, they've been able to crack open their
own cool little inner east coffee house. An eclectic range of coffees
include blends, organic coffee and single origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe,
Indian Monsoon Malabar AA and Nicaraguan Maragogype. Or for the purists,
there's Jamaican Blue from the Wallenford Estate at a cool $180 per kilo.
Well worth popping in for a coffee and snack on-site, enjoying the presence
of Toby's fire engine-like 30kg coffee machine. ![]() |
